HOW TO USE THE DISCUSSION FORUM:

1.  Enter the forum by clicking on the "Frameset for Discussion" button to your upper left.

2.  You will see in the upper portion of your screen a listing of the topics submitted to date.  Click on the topic that interests you.

3.  The text of the first entry of the topic you have selected will appear.  You will see above the subject line the navigational hyperlinks "Home", "Contents", "Search", "Post", "Reply", "Next",  "Previous", and "Up".  

    -  To see if others have responded to the topic, click "Next", and read. Click "Next" again to continue reading additional postings.

    -  To add your comments, click "Reply", and enter your thoughts on the subject.

    -  To post a new article, click "Post", enter your subject title, and post your comments.  This will start a new thread.  Each article has links to let you reply to it (continue the thread) and navigate the article list.

4.  The navigational buttons to your upper left also will assist you in the process.  The "Discussion TOC" button is the Table of Contents for articles submitted.  The "Discussion Confirmation" button confirms your posting has been successful.
